Pet Therapy

A picture is worth a thousand words....That is about all I can say about this picture...The doctor just came in while I was typing this and told us that Cathi is in a very good category...As far as delayed delivery is concerned, she is in the category where the pregnancies usually go longer than shorter...Again, my wife has defied the odds...To give some perspective on this situation...One of our doctors has done this procedure 6 times in his career and it has only yielded one baby...Cathi will more than double that statistic when our babies are born alive and healthy!!!
Koko was sooooo happy to see her mommy and it truly made Cathi's day....It is amazing how just seeing and touching our beloved pet can change someones entire outlook on the day...Yesterday was very stressful for both of us and we both kind of felt worn out and tired....When koko came around, everything changed and our minds were redirected to a better place...
Please keep all of the prayers coming and we appreciate all of the continued support....
Logan

Cathi, you don't know me, but I think you are doing awesome! You ARE going to defy the odds. You will be the lady we talk about on the TC when someone else finds themselves in this situation. We'll say, Go to Cathi's blog and look at her two beautiful healthy children. That is so cool that you have a hairy friend and congratulations on hitting 24 weeks. I don't want to sound greedy but if you are contraction free, I don't see why you can't hit like 36 weeks! I've read about it before. Hang in there! You are doing so well!

Cathi,

You are doing SO awesome! I totally agree with michele, we're all going to be talking about you. :) I bet it was nice to see your dog. When I was on bedrest I missed my puppy!

Cathi and Logan, I'm also someone you don't know, but knew yesterday was the first of many milestones. I thought about you and prayed you make the first of many milestones. Keep the faith. I am on bedrest too and sometimes I just get so frustrated and then I feel guilty. I would do ANYTHING for my babies, but it is hard to always smile when my back is killing me, my bulging tummy hangs over my ribs and hurts, etc. I keep thinking about you guys and feel we can both inspire each other. God is watching over us and we will deliver healthy babies. I can just feel it.

Hi Guys,

You don't know me, but I was on TC and read your blog. After I wiped my tears as I sit here holding one of my babies, I pray for strength and courage for all of you. You sound like you have embraced this the best way possible and I know you will have 2 more beautiful children. You are right, God does have a plan, we may not understand it, but put your trust in Him. I will continue to pray for you guys and I will add you to my bloglist to keep updated! Keep up the great work!

Hi Cathi and Logan,
Just wanted to say great job on making it this far. Being in the hospital is no fun. I was hospitalized for 5 wks earlier this year, trying to keep my twins in as long as possible, and I remember it all - the constant needles, uncomfortable monitors, daily anxiety. Compared to this, you will find parenting a breeze! You are obviously very strong and caring people and you will make wonderful parents. All the best.

Cathi and Logan,
I found your blog through another multiple mommy's blog. I started to read your blog and had to stop because I was crying! I am so sorry for the loss of your baby boy. What a flood of emotions you must be experiencing. Even though I do not know you, I know God does. I will be uplifting you both and your 2 precious babies in prayer in the days and weeks to come.
My twin boys are now 2 1/2. I was put on strict bedrest for the remaining 3 months of my pregnancy. I understand the fears, the uncertainty, the discomfort, the huge sacrifice you are both making. I can tell from the little bit I read that you are both fighters and have a great outlook and appreciation on life. Hang in there and keep up the fight...it will all be worth it!
